Assistant Production Planner

The Assistant Production Planner is responsible for supporting production planning activities to ensure raw materials are available. This role need convert the sale orders into production schedules while coordinating with production and sale team to ensure on time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

• Create and control production orders in line with approved schedules
• To prepare the daily schedule for slitting
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedule when its needed

2. Material Planning & Inventory Control

• Plan usage of raw material and packaging based on the BOM
• Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for production
• Review monthly aging raw material and highlight slow moving inventory
• Work closely with procurement to ensure material delivery on time
