The Master of Social Work (MSW) Faculty member is responsible for delivering high-quality graduate-level instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall effectiveness and growth of the MSW program. This role supports curriculum development, student success, and program initiatives while maintaining academic excellence and professional standards in social work education.
Faculty members contribute to the effectiveness of the University by working collaboratively on instructional policy, curriculum development, and faculty development. They serve as models of professional practice, exemplifying the values they seek to instill in students—integrity, compassion, critical thinking, cultural competence, and respect for diverse communities.
