Assistant Project Manager (IT & Site Implementation)

Salary up to $6500

Location: Ang Mo Kio (North Area)

Working days and hours- Mon to Fri ( 8.30am to 6pm)

Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, customers, consultants, and contractors
• Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and drive outcomes toward project success
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors on installation matters and schedules
• Identify and schedule customer-facing meetings to ensure effective project execution
• Assist in developing and managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Identify project risks, define problem-solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project delivery
• Handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
