Opportunity Description
We are looking for Assistant Project Manager with a solid construction background to help deliver quality projects from design through to completion.
Working alongside our Project Managers, you'll support live projects, run your own small works, and keep communication, compliance and Health & Safety standards high throughout.
What you'll do
* Support PMs and run your own small works projects
* Monitor Health & Safety and CDM compliance on site
* Attend site, progress and financial meetings
* Prepare reports, programmes and valuations
* Price instructions, procure sub-contractors and manage suppliers
* Assist with estimates, tenders and final accounts
* Help win new clients and deliver excellent customer care
