Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the project team with project director and project manager for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
- Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting work
- Lead site engineers and foremans to complete structural and external works promptly
- Lead coordination of deliverables with other disciplines.
- Plan, prepare and arrange for inspections with RE & RTO
- Raises notices and prepares EOT with Project Director & Project Manager
- Raises notices on VO
- Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
