Assistant Purchaser

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking an Assistant Purchaser to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, New Jersey.

The Assistant Purchaser will support the Purchasing Manager in sourcing and purchasing materials and equipment required.

This role is responsible for assisting with purchase order creation, cost verification, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure materials are obtained at competitive pricing and delivered on schedule.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the purchasing function while collaborating closely with internal teams and vendors.
