• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RM) handling Private Banking clients.
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions, delivering timely resolution to most issues.
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.
• Support RMs in delivering financial advisory services to clients.
• Maintain client data and reports, including contact lists, account numbers, facility details, and status of credit reviews/renewals.
