Assistant Residence Supervisor - Brooklyn

Job Description Job Description To assist in supervising the day-to-day operations of the residences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the residences and that adequate support services (vendors, suppliers) are maintained; providing direct services to the Individuals together with the direct care staff; supervising the DSP's, Cook and Maintenance personnel and ensuring that training is provided to the facility staff.

• Supervise the Direct Care Counselors, Cook and Maintenance personnel. Ensure training is provided to the facility staff.
• Manages the residence in the absence of the Residence Supervisor and report to the Area Coordinator.
• Responsible for employee relations. Resolve employee related problems and issues. Conflict resolution.
