GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Assistant Residential Manager assists the Residential Manager in the management of all program operations. Performs direct care and is responsible for assuring that consumers' programs are adhered to. Collects data on the consumers to help the Behaviorist analyze consumers' behavioral patterns. Assumes duties and responsibilities of the Residential Manager in their absence as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Minimum possession of a High School Diploma or a G.E.D.
+ Minimum two years experience working with individuals with developmentally disabilities or that are dually diagnosed and a minimum one-year management experience. Experience requirement may be substituted with education on a year for year basis.
