Supervisory Responsibility
· Team Management: Directly responsible for leading, scheduling, and managing the hourly restaurant staff within the assigned restaurant.
· Talent, Culture & Training: Assist in recruiting strong candidates for FOH positions; work to train, develop, and empower staff for future leadership roles.
Operations & The Guest Experience
· Floor Leadership: Maintain a constant presence on the floor, touching tables to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectifying any negative impressions immediately.
· Service Standards: Ensure guests receive a dining experience in accordance with service standards, from reservations through departures and follow-ups.
