About the Role
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Champion a strong child‑safe culture—embedding safeguarding practices, supervision expectations and WCS child safe commitments in everyday practice.
- Support robust risk management, emergency preparedness and mandatory reporting practices, ensuring educators feel confident and capable.
- Co‑lead the delivery of engaging, inclusive programs aligned to MTOP/EYLF, designed around children’s voice, strengths and interests.
- Partner with the Educational Leader to strengthen planning cycles, documentation, QIP implementation and continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and coaching—building educator capability through feedback, mentoring and professional development aligned to role expectations.
