Assistant Site Supervisor

Salary:
S$3,300 - S$4,300
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily site operations and administrative matters
Prepare and maintain site records, reports, and basic documentation
Liaise with workers, suppliers, subcontractors, and office staff
Monitor work progress and update the Site Supervisor accordingly
Assist in scheduling manpower, deliveries, and site activities
Ensure proper filing of site documents and records
Support compliance with workplace safety and company procedures
Attend site meetings when required and assist with follow-up actions
Requirements:
Prior experience in construction coordination or administrative support is preferred
Basic knowledge of construction processes and site procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to use Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage
