Job Description

• Oversee the operation of M Spa, including budgeting, marketing, financial and service level performance, service programs, and conduct ongoing audits to drive excellence in brand, service standards and productivity.
• Improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
• Display exemplary leadership and create a positive environment for outstanding customer service.
