Assistant Specialist, Operating Room Nurse (TriNoma)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Operating Room (OR) Nurse whose primary responsibility is to assist in surgical procedures by primarily supporting the Sr. Nurse Specialist. The role delivers holistic patient care throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of surgery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth surgical operations and patient outcomes.

Operative Patient Care

• A. Pre-operative Receives patients in the pre-operative area and initiates guidelines such as “Time-out” and “Triple Check.” Prepares and completes patient records such as OR checklists, consent forms, laboratory requirements, and medical clearances. Initiates applicable diagnostic and medical regimens. Assesses and interviews patients to prepare a care plan before surgery.
