Assistant Station Manager

Position Description

POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for assisting the station manager in directing facility operations including; monitoring proper testing procedures, scheduling of employees, and overseeing station operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist the station manager in the overall operation of the testing facility, including facility maintenance, staffing and scheduling in the absence of the station manager
*Enforce adherence to approved operational procedures by providing hands-on guidance, conducting lane inspector and management audits, and coordinating refresher training and recertification.
*Provide assistance with the management of the station remitter program and ensure that all funds are accounted for and properly reconciled which includes:
oReceive and properly secure remitter certificate inventory
oProcess remitter transactions
