Assistant Store Manager - Clarksburg Premium Outlet

Overview:  

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join its Clarksburg Premium Outlet in Clarksburg, Maryland. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store including the overall management of the team, merchandise, and sales results. They will lead by example and deliver positive and inclusive client experiences which contribute to the overall commercial success. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

Sales Support: 
+ Demonstrate leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor 
+ Support the sales process as needed 
+ Assist in facilitating solutions to customer issues  
+ Model the standards for customer service  
+ Uphold company and store standards, policies and procedures
