Role Overview

Profile: The role of the Brunello Cucinelli Assistant Store Manager is fundamental in providing support to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include helping run the Boutique, being a guide to the in‑store team and acting as a reference point for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and ensure the proper management of the store.
• Cultivate relationships with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor, delivering a unique service that aligns with the brand philosophy, corporate image and communication/CRM guidelines.
• Communicate clearly, correctly and courteously in the mother tongue and other foreign languages, actively listening and paying attention to establish mutual trust with clients and colleagues.
