Role Summary

Lead a team of associates to ensure customers receive exceptional service. Manage inventory, merchandising, sales and customer service activities across departments such as Lawn and Garden, Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware, Tools and Home Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage associates to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, sales and customer service activities in assigned departments.
• Ensure the execution and coordination of sales requiring installation, personalization and/or professional services.
• Generate and pursue qualified leads.
• Interview, select, develop and provide direct leadership to associate teams.
• Identify barriers to superior service and communicate solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop professional business relationships.
• Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
