Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Superintendent for a general contracting company in the Jupiter FL area. This Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of large high end hospitality facilities. This role will partner closely with the Superintendent and Project Team to oversee daily field operations, ensure quality execution, and maintain schedule and safety standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities on-site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed per plans, specs, and schedule
• Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling or field issues
• Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
