Assistant Survey Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the mobilization and demobilization of survey equipment for projects
• Assist in and advise on the procurement of new survey equipment
• Stay informed about the latest developments in survey equipment technology
• Train surveyors on the installation, interfacing, and maintenance of survey equipment
• Maintain the master file for survey equipment calibration certificates
• Oversee the Survey Workshop, including supervising the assistant survey electronics engineer and survey electronics assistant
• Install and troubleshoot survey equipment, hardware, and software
• Adhere to defined policies and procedures to ensure effective, efficient, and professional functioning of the survey division
• Comply with QA/HSE requirements and procedures
• Work primarily at the NMDC Base and NMDC project sites
