Job Responsibilities
Support Class Teachers in classroom and non-classroom settings, including routines, outdoor play, snack time, and learning journeys. Work in small groups or one-on-one with students in the classroom to reinforce instructional material. Assist class teacher in organizing the learning environment, preparing teaching materials and maintaining resource and ensure a clean organized classroom. Encourage student participation, promote positive behaviour, and reinforce classroom expectations. Collaborate with teachers to support students’ learning progress and well-being and manage classroom dynamics, including supporting students with development behaviours/learning needs Ensure children’s safety and well-being by following school guidelines and routines.Job Requirements
