Job Description

The Department of Mathematics at Syracuse University invites applications for a non-tenure-track full-time teaching position with administrative responsibilities. The start date is August, and the initial appointment can be up to three years. The position includes teaching 6 courses per year and administering the statistics sequences.

This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by a union, SEIU Local United. Qualifications

A Ph.D. in mathematics or closely related field is required.

Candidates should have a strong track record in teaching mathematics to undergraduates.
