Assistant Technical Director (PERM)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead the definition and execution of the organisation's end-to-end technical strategy across its platforms and products. This role is responsible for shaping the overall architecture, technology roadmap, and engineering standards to ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.

As the organisation's senior technical authority, you will partner closely with leadership, customers, and technology partners to drive solution success, while overseeing engineering excellence, governance, and delivery outcomes across complex programmes.

1. Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Own and define the end-to-end technical architecture across platforms and solutions
• Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and technical standards
