About The Role
We are seeking a highly competent and hands‑on Senior Engineer / Assistant Technical Manager to support and lead engineering operations with a strong focus on Building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and ACMV systems.
What You’ll Do- Technical Leadership: Provide in-depth technical leadership across Building General M&E systems, ACMV systems, Fire Protection Systems, LEV systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- System Reliability & Operations: Take ownership of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all critical facility systems, ensuring maximum uptime, system resilience, and adherence to design and operational parameters.
- Facilities Operations Monitoring: Oversee Facilities Operations Centre activities, ensuring all BMS and Fire System alarms are promptly responded to, investigated, and closed with proper documentation.
