Assistant Vice President - Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets by working with internal stakeholders (leasing, property management team and country managers) to formulate action plans regarding optimising operating expenses and capital expenditure management.
• Carry out projects under development, AEI, asset valuation, asset review and hold-sell analysis for the assets under management.
• Assist to analyze and implement effective lease management in areas such as deal structuring, renewal & customer retention strategies, customer & asset risk assessment (e.g., Know Your Clients and arrears monitoring).
• Prepare & consolidate budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure of the portfolio, perform variance analysis and review actual performance against budget and asset plan.
