Assistant Vice President – Closed-Ended Funds
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Overview
The AVP will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of closed-ended fund structures (primarily private equity / real estate), overseeing fund accounting, investor servicing, and regulatory compliance. The role involves client-facing responsibilities, team oversight, and ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Administration & Accounting
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for closed-ended funds, including:
- Capital calls and distributions
- NAV calculations and investor allocations
- Carried interest and waterfall calculations
- Review financial statements in compliance with IFRS / applicable GAAP
