Assistant Vice President, Finance Operation
We’re hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Vice President, Finance Operation to join our Finance team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
What the day will look like
Trade Receivable
- Tracking outstanding invoices by ensuring accurate issuance, recording, and regular aging review to highlight overdue items.
- Ensuring timely collection of premiums by monitoring due dates, following up within credit terms, and resolving issues that impact cash flow.
- Supporting the CPU (billing team) by reviewing billing details, clarifying discrepancies, and assisting with complex billing cases.
- Reconciling brokerage due from insurers by matching statements to internal records, identifying variances, and following up on unpaid brokerage.
- Resolving client–insurer discrepancies by investigating balance and payment differences and agreeing on necessary adjustments.
