Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end deal management for structured financing transactions, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and warehouse facilities, across the Middle East.
- Partner with Loans Origination, Markets Sales, and Emerging Markets Credit Trading to design and execute distribution strategies for conventional and Islamic loan transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Sponsors to drive loan syndications and grow the private-side investor base.
- Conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and legal reviews to support transaction execution and credit applications.
- Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and market updates to support regional business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, and Trading, to ensure seamless deal execution.
