Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Conduct independent QA sample-based reviews/testing of FC Screening, TM, CDD and EDD cases to assess quality, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across the Life business. Support, define and execute the QA reviews/ testing plans by deriving data for sampling purposes, computing the requisite sample sizes, and assign case reviews accordingly. Ensure clear, constructive QA feedback of the review/testing outcomes are communicated to the relevant 1LoD FC functions.
