Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Relationship Management - Industrial, Corporate Banking

Relationship Management (Corporate Banking) is responsible for strengthening the firm's relationships with existing accounts, driving continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention. The role develops strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service across all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients.

• Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate clients in the Industrial Segment, acting as the primary point of contact for all banking matters.
• Develop and execute account strategies to deepen client relationships, increase wallet share, and support clients’ business and financing needs.
• Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, calls, and site visits to understand business developments, funding requirements, and risk considerations.
• Ensure high standards of client service and responsiveness.
