Assistant Warehouse Team Leader

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader in Stock Control, to join Team OB in our Warehouse here in Chessington.

35 Hours Sunday (8:00am-16:00pm) Monday (8:00am-16:00pm) Tuesday (8:00am-16:00pm) Wednesday (8:00am-16:00pm) Thursday (8:00am-16:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader to manage the perpetual inventory (PI) stock counts and adjust the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect any variances found.
• Help perform physical stock and system movements.
• Produce and analyse stock reports from WMS (PVX, futura).
• Help investigate failed actions from pick bins and create replenishment reports for the Forklift Truck Driver team.
• Explore the differences between system reports and physically held stock and investigate any out-of-stock orders in PVX/Futura/Magento and amend accordingly.
• Attend the weekly Team Leader meetings in the absence of your Team Leader.
