Position: Assistant Technical Service Manager
Location: Sin Ming
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus (1-2 months) + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities: Ensure the taxi fleet is properly maintained, problem free and maximum availability to ply the road for fares
Ensure good customer experience when our drivers visit the workshop for preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve vehicular problems and other in-vehicle equipment
Monitor and ensure the workshop repair turnaround time, including preventive, corrective maintenance as well as accident repair, is within the given KPI and kept to a minimal
Participate in investigation of vehicle related mechanical and electrical incidents and pull up investigation finding report
