About Us

Figtree Anglican Church is located in the heavenly Illawarra on the NSW South Coast, an hour’s drive south of Sydney. With over 600 people gathering on a Sunday, we are biblical, reformed, evangelical, and Kingdom-oriented. We pursue excellence in all God gives.

His mission, and ours, is “Jesus for Everyone. Forever.” (John 3:16; Phil. 2:5-11). We envision “growing faithful and fruitful disciples of Jesus in Figtree and further afield, to the glory of God” (Matt. 28:18-20; Col. 1:28; 2:6-7). Our core values include being Gospel-centred, relating to God, offering ourselves for His service, worshipping Jesus, inviting others, nurturing believers, and shaping generational disciples.
