Assisted Living Registered Nurse Part-Time Position

Nursing Role with Sienna Crest

1. Monthly health monitoring of each resident, recording notes in residents' Health Log
2. Address issues on Nurse Concerns form
3. Review of MARs monthly for PRN psychotropic medication use
4. Staff training at staff meetings as need may dictate - should be very infrequent - request would come via the Manager
5. Provide RN Delegation to Care Specialists for Insulin, Nebulizers, stomal and enteral medications.

Expectation: RN would spend approximately 6-8 hours per month in each home. This will vary based on occupancy and number of residents in the home. This position is considered a Part-time non-benefited position. The RN is required to work 20-24 hours per week.
