As an Assistant Sommelier, you will work in the Michelin-starred restaurant of Château Neercanne. You are part of the restaurant service team and report to the Maître d’. You will work in a close-knit and dynamic team with the ambition to elevate the restaurant to an even higher level. The restaurant team, operating at the highest level of gastronomy, strives for perfection. Maintaining and safeguarding the level of service is therefore second nature to you.
