Associate (2-3 PQE) - Corporate (Dubai)

The Role

This is an exciting and varied role, involving both transactional and
advisory work including, mergers and acquisitions, private equity,
shareholders agreements, joint ventures, market entry re-organisations
and general corporate advisory.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing their career
within corporate law within the region and will be able to demonstrate
their passion for and experience in this area.

Skills/Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years PQE gained within a
  leading corporate practice at a law firm of international repute.


• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, in order to meet
  the demands of challenging and commercial internal and external
  clients, as well as dealing with competing priorities.
