Associate Accountant

Position Overview:

The Associate Accountant will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support the financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and assist with account reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
