About the Job
The purpose of this role is to serve as a key contact point for agents, addressing enquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and portfolio matters with professionalism, clarity, and service excellence. In addition, this position supports the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of agency benefits to agents, in line with established policies and requirements. The role is also responsible for managing and administering agency benefits, validating agent eligibility, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and transparent benefit distribution.
- Serve as a primary contact point for agents regarding benefit‑related enquiries, clarifications, and support.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all agency benefits in accordance with established policies, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements such as deferred benefit, non-contributory group insurance etc.
