Associate Analyst/Analyst, Prudential Financial Policy

Overview

Support the development, review and implementation of prudential policies that promote the safety, soundness and resilience of financial institutions supervised by BNM. The role involves research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, stakeholder coordination, and practical contributions to policy formulation and execution under the guidance of managers and other senior leadership.

Principal Accountabilities

• Undertake research in more complex areas of prudential policies, including cross-sectoral dimensions to strengthen policy assessment
• Establish and evaluate options for the resolution of policy queries and issues that may be complex and cross cutting - spanning across multiple regulatory frameworks or involve significant stakeholder considerations to improve regulatory coherence and effectiveness
