The law firm practices in the areas of plaintiff's wage & hour class action, legal malpractice, and individual employment. The candidate should have litigation experience and exceptional writing skills. Friendly working environment, no billing requirements, and must be motivated and have a passion for helping consumers. Responsibilities

• Prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
• Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
