Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation / Foreclosure

Kluever Law Group, a boutique Chicago firm, seeks a full-time litigation attorney with 2-5 years of commercial litigation and/or creditors' rights experience to join our growing team. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation matters and providing legal representation to clients, with a focus on foreclosure, title, and real estate litigation, and a working knowledge of bankruptcy and compliance.

This role is primarily remote, with monthly in-office meetings (subject to change as courts resume in-person hearings). We value independent, detail-oriented attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced, case-management-driven environment and are comfortable growing with us as our firm and processes evolve.
