+ Own and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and operational projects to ensure “on time in full” delivery by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and factories.
+ Ensure the Supply Chain has the capacity, capability, and readiness to produce innovations across all assigned sourcing sites.
+ Manage communication with key stakeholders, including category leadership, global and regional innovation planners—providing high‑visibility updates that influence strategic decision‑making.
