Associate - Commercial Mortgage Warehouse Group (Open)

Citibank is looking for an Associate to work with our Commercial Mortgage Warehouse Group. The candidate will work with senior members of our group and with the group’s clients to finance commercial mortgage loans on our commercial mortgage warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities include underwriting and due diligence of commercial properties and underlying mortgage loans, preparing and presenting approval memorandum for both advances against loans and the warehouse lines we provide to our clients. Additional responsibilities include supporting our middle office, Risk, and CLO functions with respect to our clients.

+ Work with senior Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) officers and professionals and participate in particular client transactions, projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking team
