SF LMS Asscoiate Consultant for Implementation and Support Project | Experience – 3+ years
Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.Good to have integration experience with respective SF core modulesGathers and validates change requests and bug-fix requirements Supports governance forums to ensure tickets are resolved on time and sends reminders when needed
