Associate Counsel, Risk & Program Management

Provides dedicated legal support for a business unit, country or region. Drafts, negotiates, manages contracts, as well as coordinates with other departments across the organization in support of legal initiatives. Interacts closely with colleagues throughout the Company’s business, legal, and compliance functions in order to advise, negotiate and execute contracts in the best interest of Syneos Health.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads end to end contracting related to clinical, commercial, corporate (Direct and Indirect) contracts for products and services including but not limited to Vendor Master Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, consulting agreements, professional services agreements, SW licensing, SaaS, HR & staffing agreements and other contracts and strategic alliances, data privacy related agreements as well as various issues escalated from the business units and internal departments.
