About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of an independent, ambitious healthcare agency looking for a senior creative leader who is hands-on . This is not a “direct from afar” role - you’ll be creating, leading, and shaping ideas alongside a tight-knit team of 5 creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the creative team while remaining hands-on with projects
- Develop conceptual, innovative work that makes an impact
- Influence senior leadership decisions and agency strategy
- Take briefs and deliver ideas that push boundaries
