Associate Director, Acumen Academy Pakistan

Acumen Pakistan is looking for an exceptional individual to lead and grow Acumen Academy's work in Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have at least 14 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, enterprise incubation or acceleration and/or executive leadership development. The role will report to the Global Head of Acumen Academy and will be based out of Islamabad.

About the Role

We recently completed a global strategic reset and are seeking an exceptional leader to drive and lead this new strategy at Acumen Academy Pakistan, overseeing two programs: The Acumen Fellowship and The Foundry. This role includes working directly with our Fellows, our global team, and external partners and funders. You will lead a team based in Islamabad and report directly to the global head of Acumen Academy.
