Job Description

As a key member of the Commercial (CML) team, the Associate Director, Business Development, serves as a strategic role that drives revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with existing customers to maximize sales volume, increase annual revenue, and promote adoption of new products and services.

Job Requirements

Education, Experience & Training
  • Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or business administration
  • Three to five (3-5) years’ experience as a sales professional in a business development or commercial team 
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical and/or meeting planning industry preferred
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Multilingual preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
