Associate Director, Business Insights and Analytics

**Job Description**

The Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) team is seeking an Associate Director to lead its business performance sub-team. This pivotal Quarterback role will partner with cross-functional teams across Digital Human Health (DHH) to deliver business insights that will help drive marketing strategy and execution as well as enhance customer experience and engagement. Time allocation for this role consists of 80% leading analytics and 20% presenting and working directly with key marketing stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**
