Associate Director, Credit Solutions

The Associate Director will report to the Head of Credit Solutions and member of the Madrid-based Private Credit team, supporting the development and execution of the Group’s private credit strategy. The platform focuses on originating and investing in loans and hybrid instruments across the capital structure, typically within €50–250 million ticket sizes, through both programmatic and opportunistic transactions.

The role contributes across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio monitoring. The individual will work closely with senior team members in a lean team environment, with direct exposure to investment decision‑making processes and regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
